Industrial Transport Solutions, LLC. was originally founded to provide professional inspection, transport, and documentation services to clients based in South America.
The founder’s background lies predominantly in the import of mining and power related materials from world-wide origins to Chile, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina. Seeing a void between the services provided by the typical exporter and that of the International Freight Forwarder, a personalized product was created to assist the importers in tracking and tracing their materials and ensuring documentation, packing and information flow meets the high standards demanded.
More recently the company has focused on sourcing materials and equipment from United States and Canadian manufacturers who are not keen to providing direct sales to foreign companies.
Key services include:
· Follow up between buyer, seller, packer, and freight forwarder to provide true and reliable information; · Coordination of shipping documents including checking and revising to ensure complete accuracy and avoid destination importation problems or delays with custom clearance; · Inspection services to verify correctness of materials (quantities) and coordination with export packer and freight forwarder; · Sourcing materials from smaller suppliers who do not generally provide export services; · Consulting Services to evaluate the best transport routings and verification of freight rates to ensure the most economical and cost effective methods are being adopted by freight forwarders, trucking companies, and ocean carriers; · Multi Lingual staff, specifically Spanish and English but also German and Portuguese.
